Color and layers Outfit #22# and #23#

Thanks for all your sweet comments and encouragement for my move! I  can post a few outfits  because it is still the calm before the storm period!
It got suddenly very cold in Greece. In one day we got a temperature drop up to 20 degrees in some parts of the country.
On my second outfit I outdid myself. Just count the layers...turtlrneck+dress+silk blouse+cardigan=comfort(to my surprise) and wormth.
About my first outfit I hope you get a good glimpse of the pattern of the skirt! It's unusual and very 70s!!!
That's all for now. I better go back packing!!!

On the move

For reasons not of this post  to explain I have to make a move of 5 people in 4 days out of the house we lived in for 12years.All I have to say is that we do this for the better, so no worries!!!
My posts will be infrequent and the challenge will be delayed.Wish me luck cause I don't know where to start packing!!!
On with the challenge now. What I can say for these 8 outfits is that I finally have one official pose that I sport in 6 out of the 8 outfits!
My one and only pair of pants was torn in all the wrong places so I must go on with skirts and dresses only.
My last observation is that I totally love scarves or else I wouldn't wear one every day!!!

This is the first photo for my blog ever and it was taken a year ago next to my kitchen sink! What I'm trying to say is that this is my blog's first birthday!!!
Thinking back it has been a full year and my blog was a good company and a so much needed creative outlet.
It was a lonely journey for the most part but the last couple of months I met so many beautiful bloggers that it was worth the wait!!!

I only hope to be as blessed as I'm now to keep on blogging for many years.

It's all in the styling Outfit#21#

Thanks for all the comments of yesterday! I don't feel strange anymore and the dress  stays in my closet!
On to today's outfit now because I know your time is precious! I bought this cardi on a local market in very low price because I thought of it as a stylistic challenge! You see, it's a granny's cardigan and I've seen one or two older lady's wear it ever since
Again, I liked the pattern so much and I 'm a strong beleiver that I can wear anything because it's all in the styling! It doesn't matter what you wear it's how you style it!!!
Tell me does it look like  granny or not?(I've only good feelings about the grannys all over the world,it's the style I'm talking about!)

Cure for the winter blues Outfit #19#

I bought this piece of cloth in the summer to cover myself on the beach , it's sort of a sarong! But it has such great cheerful pattern and bright colors that I had no choice but to incorporate it in my winter wardrobe!!! I wore it at school today covered by my cardi and fond memories of the summer holidays filled my heart. I could almost smell the coconut oil!!!

Vintage love Outfit#18#

I love the vintage-y quality this outfit brings! I haven't realised it until saw the photos! The blouse and skirt are from the 70s but the shoes and flower are new. Still they convey something romantic and old!

Which one is it ...doctor Outfit #17#

Classy has never been so easy! It's all about skirts... even with wrinkles!
Belts help but let's not repeat ourselves!

But I hope that I'm allowed to say how much I love this scarf!
I 'm half way through this challenge and I've scared myself a couple of times because I'm planning the next set of 30 items to wear  .Is it some serious disorder or just practicality?

Crazy weather... Outfit #16 #

It has been extremely hot in Greece  the last 2 weeks and it feels like late spring. Even the flowers are blooming fooled by the warm weather!
Dressed like this today was ...overdressed! Well I 'm about to reveal my new layering technique that got me lots of compliments today. I wore my cardigan under the dress (the sleeves popping out )and my scarf over the dress kept in place by my trusted belt! The rest I kept black.
I will have to run now to feed my family!!!First things first!
