L&C linen and cotton

Ι had the dress overdose and today I chose a thrifted M&S linen/cotton shirt together with my red thrifted linen/cotton thrifted skirt. A match made in heaven that kept me cool and comfortable through the day.

I only took with me 2 bags and 2 pairs of shoes and I will do minimal shopping for the next two months. For the moment I see this as possible for me to achieve.

A nice day out

Today was much of a fun day. Me and my husband invited some good friends  and old customers of our rent a car business from all around Europe to an old traditional village in the inland of Crete. Around a big table stuffed with excellent food and delicious local wine we had good conversations and real come together time. This is what I wore

Summer days

Hallo again! I'm busy working most of the time in our rent a car office but I manage to steal a couple of minutes to get my photos. We have found with my daughter this fantastic spot in the shade of  this ivy like plant. It has outgrown to a cave like place, our secret little place to take the photos.

We had a few drinks with friends yesterday and it wasn't easy to wake up in the morning but I had to.
I put on the simple option this thrifted animal print dress. It's polyester but with good lining and it fits like glove.

And this is what I wore the first day

I will post in a couple of days maybe earlier. I hope you have  great summer days, too.post signature

Florals and cartoon

I put together this outfit in less than 2 seconds. I have packed the clothes I 'm going to wear the next 2 months and I was left with the clothes I don't wear that often or are not what I like best at the moment. So I was somehow forced to make a new combination and this is what I came up with. I liked it so much that I will shoot you with many photos today.

Outfit details: Hand knitted sweater made for me by my mum in the mid 80s when I was still in high school. I have worn it back then and forgot all about it. But my mum rescued it and I had it in my closet for some time now and it somehow screamed to me to be worn today (I'm not losing it, am I?), skirt thrifted and shortened some summers ago and my new Fullah Sugah shoes, amazing to look at and terribe to walk around for some reason I can't expain, too hard maybe?

But wait, I have one more

As you have noticed by now, I love evrything about this outfit, the bright colors are everywhere but there is still enough white to balance the look. But my weak spot about it is how the shoes and the bag match... by being so different. Who would have thought... florals and cartoon!

Summer breeze

School is over and the heat is getting unbearable in the middle of the day. Everything is crying for the cooling sea breeze. And my preparations for the meet up keep me buzy for the whole day.

Outfit details : top and shirt both thrifted * jeans shortened Peacocks* shoes Boxer

Some random facts about this outfit. The thrifted shirt is hand sewn, notice how my necklace and nail polisgh match, it happened by accident. I have a big collection of bangles so I pile them on because what's the use of buying something you don't wear? The bag, shoes and tshirt touch base with black and the orange of the shirt is eckoed in the bag, too. Also notice the beautiful vintage buttons!
