40+ and mini skirts

I think shorter skirts can still be worn by 40+ bloggers with dark colored tights or leggings and flat shoes. I still look different than others of my age but I surely look decent. Or so I think and I need your perspective on this.

I was afraid to go for a mint colored bag but now I did I think it's next to a basic color because it matches almost everything I own.
