Boho dream

Today's outfit was built around my newly thrifted tunic dress in a boho style which is brand new, good thick quality cotton and cost mejust 50cents! A dream for a fashion blogger! The dress/tunic is super casual and I went along with it wearing my super casual thrifted jacket and jeggings! It was a bit cooler in the morning so I added the neck warmer I crocheted myself. I even fotographed myself  today the exact way I go out the door. Holding my velvet large bag full of school supplies, drawings, lesson plans, coffee drink, sandwich, and my big year planner.

Getting ready for the weekend and my planned shopping/thrifting trip tomorrow!

Practice makes perfect

Another day, another way. Today a totally different outfit created itself and I did nothing for it. All pieces stood out of all others in my closet and I just wore them. As soon as I took the photos I noticed how well coordinated everything is. Practice makes perfect like they say.

Burgundy pants ( a color much in fashion right now but always a favorite of mine) match the color of my hair (not really visible in the photos) and the ring matches the shirt and my eyes. The scarf ties everything together and the bag is a bit off, so that not everything is matchy-matchy.

Details of my outfit: Pants/Zara, Jacket/thrifted, shirt/Anna Riska, silk scarf/thrifted, ring/Berska

Creative and loved outfit

I'm so glad I'm part of this supportive blogging community. As soon as I expressed my confusion about what direction I'm going style wise, many of you offered helpful insight which is deeply appreciated, needless to say.
Today's outfit is partly hand made( cardi/hand knitted by mom), part expensive ( grey tunic American vintage 65euro) and part retail(jeggings by Berska).

Leather beret borrowed by husband and nail color by Chanel.
I love how the outfit turned out. It's casual, friendly and creative and the kids at school loved it. I was also very happy wearing it.
And even a couple of cars stopped to let me cross the street!

THE LAST MINUTE ADDITION

I'm over the top thrilled to participate in the fall 30for30 remix hosted by Kendi. I'm a big fan of remixing mainly because I have a large family to... feed  and there is never enough money but also because I want to be a responsible consumer and good role model to my kids.
By taking part I hope to push my boundaries in creativity , connect with other bloggers and keep an eye on what they do. I'm a bit anxious though, if I picked the right 30 but I guess I 'll have to wait until the challenge is over to know that! Happy remixing everyone!!!

Just checking if the colors blend well
