Lace & black skirt

Minus the evening bag is this visible enough to wear while doing some errrands in the morning? Cause this is what I wore in the morning and during a visit to a new born together with my children inthe evening ! And it felt so comfortable and chic .
I've got a little story for the lace top to share. I found it while on holidays last year abandoned  on the beach. I didn't pick it up because someone might go look for it later . But the next day I was on the beach ,  it was still there so I pronounced it mine . If I'm allowed a tip here, a camisole under a thin top goes a long way . I felt well covered  and warm all day.
I will dedicate today's post to my sweet fashion blogger Patti for the inspiration behind this outfit . It's her Visible Monday series that got me into something I wouldn't normally wear . Check her out for the 10th challenge already !!!

  1. Oh thank you Angie, you are so kind. And so very chic and cute in your "found" top and classic skirt. I love lace, especially ivory, and especially worn unexpectedly.

Thanks so much for participating in Visible Monday!

  2. Angie, I love this. I started following you when you went tomboy, it inspired me so much. I loved all of those posts about clearing out and finding your style, no matter if you only had 13 things, and not letting anything you didn't love back in your closet. I've read and reread those posts. Since then, I've loved all of the remixing you've done. Every time you post an inspiration picture beside your version, yours wins every time, because you put your "Angie Stamp", a little twist, on it that makes all the difference. I miss you when you're gone, and I worry about you when you don't post- I'm glad you were on vacation and not how I imagined, I thought you might have quit blogging because you were too busy or something. Glad you were having fun with the family though.

  6. I love the shape of your top. Lace can sometimes seem too dressy to me, but the uneven hem of yours helps lessen that effect.
