Angie's Husband,
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing wrong with looking like a color sample book. In the future, you should try to be more supportive of Angie's styling choices - she has an eye for color, while you... Well, I'm not saying you need work done on your cornea, just a little more appreciation for creativity.
P.S.: Looking fab, Angie!
I love this! The layering is fantastic - I really like how the pink shirt breaks up the two black pieces. And the belt - who doesn't love a good belt?!
ReplyDeleteThe first thing I thought of when I saw the first photo was how much I loved the layering (and secondly, how I was going to steal this idea!)
ReplyDeleteI think you look fab! I'd ignore the hubs, lol. My fiance reminds me when I ask how as outfit looks that he is not a fashion consultant!
Such a layering queen! I love it, I think this look is perfect for the weather. You look beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI really like this look! Nothing like a colour sample book at all! You look gorgeous. Great proportions. And I ADORE that necklace! I see why it is your fav!
ReplyDeleteheart: Kimberellie
Love all the layering with the colors!
ReplyDeletehooray for wonderful neighbors! i'm lucky there, too : )
ReplyDeletepfft. the necklace and belt both blow your DH's theory out of the water. but, everyone's entitled to their own opinion (even if it's wrong : ) steph
Ha! At least your husband notices what you wear! I thought his gondola boy comment was hilarious, although, mind you, I see nothing wrong with looking like a gondolier, or a sample book! This outfit is really chic. I love all that sleek black and pink mixed with the rustic belt and necklace.
ReplyDeleteIn answer to you question, I've never been to India, but I'm dying to go. Someday, my mom and I plan to go there, and Greece (which I have heard is amazing ;), and Costa Rica, and Nepal.
I love this look--the longer, brighter blouse under the sweater. What do husbands know?
ReplyDeleteYou kill me every time.
ReplyDeleteLOVE this. Color block or not!
That is such a great idea, hmm, might just jot that one down! I see you gravitate towards a lot of pink! It's so fresh and fun!

ReplyDeleteYou did such a great job layering this. How clever! I'm starting to feel like I'm going to have creative to keep this challenge up. Plus it just got cold and my clothes are not all warm. Oh well!
