There is no need to re-invent the wheel every time I get dressed in the morning. Others ,namely stylists ,have put together outfits in the pages of magazines for us to try . All I need is to go through these pages I'm in the habit to collect and wait for the inspiration to arrive , God knows in which form . Other times I'm looking for specific elements to try so my search is more focused . This was the case today because I wanted something in yellow to present to the monthly styling event of everybody everywear . After my color blocking extravaganza I wanted to pair yellow with something pale and the beige in this outfit started the sparkle...I frantically searched my closet and there it was ...another outfit that was lurking in the depths of my closet came to life and was documented and hopefully seen by many bloggers all around the world . Mission accomplished . (inspiration via lucky magazine) |

VERY cute! I love the black accents. I always try to stay away from pairing yellow and black for fear of looking like a bumble bee but you've done it perfectly!
ReplyDeleteI love this shade of yellow...it is much softer than what I wore, and I love the way you accented your waist with a fabulous belt...great job!!
ReplyDeleteYes! I love this combination, and the rolled cuffs too. Very nice. I will go look for you on EBEW.
ReplyDeleteVery nice! I used a bright contrast with my yellow today (red), but I like this much more subtle colour scheme a lot.
ReplyDelete(PS, adding you to my blogroll as well. Thanks!)
Oh, I love yellow and beige. And I love this belt with your outfit - you look fabulous.
ReplyDeleteI like your take on the look - the flared pants look very flattering on you.
ReplyDeleteI love this! You've managed to capture the feel of the inspiration look--the colors, the rocker accessories--while still making it your own.
ReplyDeleteSuch a great EBEW look!
